Stops at 3 IMO. He needs drugs to beat SSJin2 Goku but not SSjin3 Goku.

Loses to SPC.

If we assume Boo hasn't gotten any stronger then Basil stops at 2 without the drug. With the drug I'd say he can make it up to 6.

Loses to Super Saiyan 3 Goku imo.

Stops at 2 or 3 without the drugs and stops at 6 with the drugs.

With drug he's at Majin Vegeta level give-or-take. Without the drug I am not sure he can even contend with SPC.

Depends how Boo's shown to stack up to Base Goku at this point. If we take Champa's reaction to Toppo blocking Boo's rebound of Basil's attack and Goku saying Boo gets really strong when angry as indicators of Boo's current strength, Basil probably clears the gauntlet with his base form alone.

If Boo hasn't become any stronger, he clears up to 5 with his base form, though even the drug doesn't get him past 6. Seeing as how Boo seemed to power up with the steam erupting, something he hasn't done since his split, I'd like to think that Good Boo's full power has at least risen to the level of Fat Boo's full power.

SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta are pretty much equals. It'd be more interesting if you replaced one of them with post Z sword training SSJ2 Gohan.
