Battle Power Logic Series Chapter 1

Vegeta's Standing in Freeza's Empire











Here I'll use my extensive knowledge on battle powers and battle power theory to check out some interesting points I've found in the series. Today I'll start with Vegeta and Cui's placement among Freeza's troops and how I feel AT's levels do not suit the story.

Vegeta and Cui have several statements among themselves and it appears that Cui seems to be pretty confident. Freeza also leans towards Cui beating Vegeta in a one on one battle as well. I would lean towards Cui having a slight power advantage.

But the way Vegeta talks about Dodoria and Zarbon seems to be on a completely different level. Vegeta and Cui are not in rivaling range of Dodoria and Zarbon, they are completely outclassed. Now they are not dwarfed, but they are clearly separated. Now below is some numbers that I feel suit the story better than what even the author presents.



Vegeta ( Earth ) 18,000
Cui 18,500
Dodoria 22,000
Zarbon 24,000
Vegeta ( Namek ) 27,000


I spent quite a bit of time on this theory and I find it to be vastly superior to what the manga uses.

I'd put Cui at 19,000. He was confident in taking on Vegeta when he arrived back on Namek. Zarbon and Dodoria also thought Cui would turn out just fine.

That would do just fine as well Yoshi, they are practically equals according to Cui, so anywhere in that 95% ish gap is probably the furthest you could go. But yes, I agree with the sentiment.

I'd like to see you tackle the late Freeza Arc numbers. Those are always fun to make numbers out of instead of following the Guidebook numbers for them.

I'm not against fanficing power levels. Hell, maybe Vegeta was really 27.000 but didn't need to use all his
power against Cui.

Considering how big of a deal was made about his 24,000 I'd say that was his top power. Just from a numerical standpoint this way is better. Yoshi is right regarding Cui, this seems a bit better.

Vegeta ( Earth ) 18,000
Cui 19,000
Dodoria 23,000
Zarbon 25,000
Vegeta ( Namek ) 28,000


Something like this is probably best.

Vegeta ( Earth ) is 94% of Cui. This goes well with Cui's confidence as well as the others confidence in Cui in defeating Vegeta while they are still practically equals.

Vegeta ( Earth ) being 78% of Dodoria and 72% of Zarbon completely showcasing Vegeta's complete inability to combat them at all. Vegeta vs them would be similar to him vs Reecome, just no matter what he does even if he's lucky he's in for a major, major ass whooping. Seems suiting doesn't it how they used to abuse him and how he spoke so respectfully of their power.

Then Dodoria being 82% of Vegeta ( Namek ) and Zarbon being 89% of Vegeta ( Namek always has felt right to me.

Dodoria was completely handled and Zarbon was just out of reach yet their combined efforts could take down Vegeta.

This is probably the only range to make Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta vs Beerus work. They'd both have to be around 85% of him or so imo.
