On land, 20 metres from the Adelaide River in northern Australia.

Damn, this topic made me just spend 40 minutes reading about saltwater crocodiles and then barnacles. What I learnt about barnacles was quite disturbing.

The saltwater crocodile is the largest living reptile.[5] Males can grow up to a weight of 1,000–1,500 kg (2,200–3,300 lb) and a length of 6 m (20 ft), rarely exceeding 6.3 m (21 ft).

@Animelover5487 what do you think? You recently said Bear Thief would beat any real-world animal, besides dinosaurs.

Yeah, this thing is a major problem. Bear Thief is in for the fight of his life here. Bear Thief has weapons, intelligence, and strategy, so he has a real chance. But I'd say Bear Thief will definitely lose hand to hand here.

He's probably around Kid Goku's level more or less I'd say. Maybe a bit less.

Actually remembering again, wasn't Goku running away from a shark? I will have to check but if that was the case than Shark > BoDB Goku. Great White Shark is c considerably larger than a saltwater crocodile but the strength gap shouldn't be THAT huge.

Yeah, that was a huge shark and definitely had Goku and Krillin scared to death.

I'd say Goku can contend with the shark if he wanted to though. But the shark could be powerful enough where it's better to run.

Same goes for the T-Rex. I'm sure Roshi can fight that thing, but it's close enough where running makes more sense.

That's in the water though, where he can't be as agile or transfer as much striking power into an opponent and can't breathe if dragged under. Maybe an animal of a shark's capabilities on land (with its sea movement speed somehow transferred to land) would be manageable for him.

Great white female is 1000-1900kg. But they do lack armour, while a crocodile has tougher skin.

The croc can kill this guy if it grabs his leg and starts rolling to rip his leg apart. Bear Thief has to punch, kick and claw at it. Dunno if it can break the skin and do serious damage before being badly bitten. Croc is agile and bear Thief can't just punch its face - he might get his arm bitten. Bear Thief could try to get behind it, get on top, close its mouth and then bite it to death, if he's that way inclined.

For what it's worth, on youtube quite a few videos of sharks killing or attacking crocs, but not the other way around.

But crocs only cruise the ocean current. They're better in shallower water or on land near water (a few metres or so).

If the croc can land a groin shot it may be all over
But that’s a puny Bear, we are talking about Bear Thief, the largest Bear by far in our current world.

And yeah, the big cats don’t really respect crocodiles.

Crocodiles have massive stamina problems and have limited forms of attack.

A regular grizzly bear is fucking up the croc, much less Bear Thief.
