Sailor Galaxia would definitely win. Her being able to go up against Eternal Sailor Moon and endure a full power attack from her places her on Universe+ level in both power and durability just like Anime Beerus and the scaling she gets from this feat makes even her base self far faster than any DBS character, not to mention her having enough hax to make Beerus' Hakai seem pretty weaksauce.

Not that I'd expect Death Battle to make a comprehensive analysis of both characters' feats, given their history.

Any Anime DBS character more or less on Infinite Zamasu's level can overpower her base self, with Zen-Oh being above her peak, but they lack the speed or hax to fully contend with her.

Potentially, but that would require him striking first before she can manipulate several aspects of him through essence manipulation (mind, soul, body, etc.), which is very unlikely when Galaxia is far faster than Zen-Oh.
