The Boo saga sucks when it comes to clarifying certain things. We're never actually told Gohan is stronger than Goku, but his fear of Super Boo draws us to that conclusion. This is Goku's exact statement on Kid Boo:

Goku: “We did it! This way, we might be able to manage something.”

So yeah, no obvious "His power is significantly weaker" statement, but it implies he's at a point where they can handle him now.

Kaioshin just says he's become the most difficult Boo now that he's returned to his pure evil form and lost all reason. We know for a fact Gohan Boo would shit on Kid Boo, but Kid Boo's tendency to destroy with no warning makes him more dangerous than a reasonable Boo.

It's not a strong argument, but I'm just pointing out that there isn't really a strong powah drop statement there. Vegeta says "isn't his chi rising" (talking Buff) and looks incredibly surprised in that panel. After that, I don't recall other power statements like "he's weaker now!" or anything. Kaio also called him "the most dangerous".

But, in order for that to work, you'd need Kid Boo and SSJ3 Goku above Ultimate Gohan, Super Bewb and Gohan, and that's crazy.
Could be, because he is a menace to society. :cage2 :cage2 :cage2

Like Super-Boo at-least could be somewhat reasonable.

Super killed off a large portion of the population and later said that he'd enjoy the pain and suffering that he'd cause. I don't think that's reasonable at all. :elmo

Well, I mean like you can talk to him. Kid-Boo is just almost crazy and unpredictable.

Super-Boo waited for Gotenks after-all.

To clarify, I'm referring to Super Boo, but that quote works remarkably well for Dragon Ball Super as well. :troll2
