Liquor wins. Belmod is canonically weaker than Jiren. Belmod being the weakest GoD by a significant margin makes more sense than Beerus just that much more powerful than everyone l, especially since the other GoDs can make him struggle. Belmod chose to play dead so physically it makes sense for him to be the weakest, I attribute his feats to him just having hax telekinesis, like Shin being able to restrain SSJ2 Gohan.

Broly probably isn't much stronger than ToP UI Goku. The power Goku showed at the ToP is still treated as being top tier even well into the Moro arc. I don't even think Yardrat Training SSJBE Vegeta is stronger than ToP UI Goku and Moro is only stated to had surpassed Broly after absorbing 73 from what I remember.

I have UI Sin Goku (Initial) > UI Goku (ToP), because Gohan and Piccolo could follow the fight between Jiren (Beyond Limits) against UI Goku, until both used their full speed. A much more powerful Gohan couldn't see UI Sing Goku (Initial vs. Moro) and even wondered how far Goku had gone.

There is also the quote of Piccolo believing that a hypothetical Fusion in Gogeta or Vegetto would be harmed by Moro's Spirit Fission (OG73-I). We know it's completely crazy, since a hypothetical Gogeta or Vegetto SSJB at that time could dodge and destroy Moro in an instant, but at least it makes me think that Moro (OG73-I / Suppressed) is not too far from the level from Gogeta PSSJB (Arc Broly). I think the difference between Frieza (Speed Boost) over Vegeta (Zenkai Power Post Krillin) is greater than the gap between PSSJB Gogeta over Moro (OG73-I / Suppressed).
