So, you think Vegeta took a ''my Bulma'' boost against Black?

I think he probably made it permanent to his SS2 or at the very least made its multiplier something he can boost to opponents a lot stronger than him but not so tough that he needs to waste Blue on.

It's pretty much the only way you can reconcile Black being SS3 tier but getting stomped by SS2 Vegeta in his Super Saiyan state. Especially since the manga removed Goku & Vegeta's amped Base forms by making God a separate form.
