Blonde Lunch hasn't any better feats than breaking out of a random RRA nobody soldier's hold (when he had his guard down) and then beating him when he was surprised. I'd give it to Satan, but since both are gag characters who knows what can happen

I'd give it to Satan. He manhandled those two thugs in the Boo arc, whereas Lunch's best feat was one shotting one RRA thug. Satan should be able to handle her pretty easily without weaponry.

Yeah but that thug was huge and she one-shotted like it was nothing. Satan couldn't keep down that skinny gunman.

I was impressed by his speed there. He pretty much went from Boo's house to scaling some faraway cliff in a near instant and then beat the fuck out of them. True they didn't stay down, but they were pretty close to it.
