True. There's no indication it wouldn't either though. The guidebook probably says he can do it to anyone. Buu's magic worked on someone way stronger than him. But Vegito being able to still move and access some ki suggests maybe ki can overcome magic

Anyway this is more about psychology. Who would fuck around and find out, despite knowing Rabbit's low power level.
