Probably Bra. Kuririn has no relevance in GT and is quite old and out of practice.

Although Krillin was a training partner of Android #18 and she was stronger than Base Trunks in the Baby Arc.

Anyway, Bra (Possessed) didn't seem to be much inferior to Base Baby Goten, therefore, I think Bra (Possessed) is stronger than Krillin (Baby Arc).
