I think at equal levels:

DBS Broly > M8 Broly >>>>> M10 Broly > Bio-Broly

DBS Broly not only had some experience sparring with Paragus but also adapted pretty quickly to Goku and Vegeta’s fighting styles. M8 Broly was okay, but brain damaged M10 Broly and Bio-Broly were literal potatoes.
