Gohan should be able to take them out fairly easily imo. I doubt Buff Boo is dramitcally stronger than Evil Boo considering Goku/Vegeta had to question whether or not his ki was increasing. He should be a little stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks at best but with literally no brain. Gotenks and Buff Boo wouldn't have the coordination to take down a far superior enemy like Gohan.

Gohan is just too strong for them. The only way for them to win is for gotenks to hit Gohan with SGKA

Goku asking Vegeta was more likely because he was surprised he got stronger instead of weaker and not because he did not get much stronger. If anything Boo likely got considerably stronger due to Goku's Vegeta's stress and dialogue.

This version of Boo needn't be much stronger than the one Evil Boo fought, so Gohan ought to win so long as he fights seriously. If he gets as arrogant as he did against Evil Boo though, he probably loses due to the damage the Super Kamikaze Ghost Attack can cause and, assuming Boo's more hax abilities aren't banned, chocolate beam and absorption are always something to look out for.
