I don't think so... not for fusion dance. Gohan is much stronger than Goku too, so the former should suppress himself to a level of the latter. Assuming that Vegeta has not lost his Majin Powers, Gokhan ( Fusion Dance ) should be equal to Gogeta. In numbers :
GOGETA
Goku 10
Vegeta 10
~ Gogeta 100
Gokhan
Goku 10
Gohan 100
~ Suppressed to Goku's level 10
Gokhan 100
Goku is confident that if he fuses with Gohan he'd be able to beat Bootenks, so I think Gogeta is stronger than this Boo as well. But this is Gogeta SSJ3 IMO. I like to think that Goku is considering a hypothetical Gokhan SSJ3 too.
