Can Any Character Be Transformed Into A Majin Variant?

Can any character in the franchise become a Majin variant of themselves? For example, could there have been a Majin Yajirobe, or a Majin Frieza?

As long as they have evil in their hearts. So not Gokuu, Gohan, Goten, or Oob; they can ride Kinto'un. Chichi could ride it as a kid, but who knows if she's still pure as an adult. We can assume that Pan is also pure. Veedel probably is, too.

DBZ Movie 7 and DBS say that Gokuu loses his purity when he becomes a Super Saiyan, though. So maybe it's possible for him to get possessed then, I dunno.
