Can Gohan conceal his muscles?

Something came to my notice... when Gohan went to the Orange School for the 1st time, Shapner (that student that in the anime liked Videl) stated Gohan doesn't seem any kind of warrior, due to his shape. In fact, Gohan seemed pretty skinny.

Yet he seems pretty muscular when about to get back in shape with Goten. Maybe he does conceal his physical body in order not to catch too much attention?

Much like many can conceal their Ki, Gohan can conceal the alpha energy of his Chad hybrid genes to imitate the Clark Kent effect .

That, or Gohan really got back into shape overnight.

That would account for his arms, though a chest that's clearly far from unimpressive is still easily visible in both his general school uniform and baseball attire, Toriyama simply changing the definition of Gohan's chest from page to page rather than it consistently remaining masked.

Vegeta also stated Gohan looks out of shape when he appeared there in the Capsule Corporation. Maybe he indeed got jacked overnight

Yeah, he waa clearly ripped to begin with. Also when Z Fighters power up pre-Super their muscles get much bigger on top of their already superhuman physique.
