Can Majin Boo absorb their abilities after absorbing them?

Innocent Boo and Pure Boo showed the ability to mimic movies directly after seeing them. Super Boo never did.

Contradiction to the 'everything is better then before' statement.

It wouldn't make sense to use Gotenks' own attack against him. He'd know better not to touch it.

Makes you wonder why he could never copy Goku's teleportation

Because buu learning to teleport wasn't very plot convenient until the very end. Also fat buu couldn't sense chi so he wouldn't have been able to use it.

Super boo can sense ki though, so it's just PIS

He needed some way to get buu from earth to the kaioshin planet, that's pretty much all there was to it.
