Can Raditz punch back the KHH?

Nappa punched back the Masenko.

Freeza kicked back the Final Burst Cannon.

Raditz used all his strength to block the KHH.

Freeza used all his strength to block the KKx20 KHH.

Can Raditz and Freeza punch or kick back their respective Kamehamehas?

What happens if Nappa/Freeza (vs Vegeta) decided to block their respective ki blasts?

Shouldn't punching/kicking back be a superior feat to merely blocking?

Yes, that's why the gap Raditz-KHH is smaller than the gap Nappa-Massenko.
I don't know.

I feel like you can punch back something you might be able to block. Like blocking something and halting it's forward momentum is a huge feat. You have to be stronger.

But punching/kicking something back, I think you do that when it rivals you. Like when something is really strong, you deflect it.

I think the only way a punch/kick fails is it is equal to you or stronger. I think if you are a little stronger, you can punch it back.

If you are a little stronger, you can't catch it with your hands, its going to force you back.

Because you are meeting force with force. A block is not using any force.

Yeah it should. It should be as simple as the greater force will prevail.
That means Goku had already greater than planet level punches in the Saiyan Saga with Kaioken X4, if you think that Vegeta's Galic Gun has a PL of 27,000/24,000 which even means Kaioken X3 has planet level punches.

Well, he has greater force, but the force isn't as destructive as a ki blast.
Exactly. Greater force but not greater destructive force.

SSJ3 Goku's punch on King Kai's planet punched a whole through it, yet his Base power could have completely exploded it. How that all works, who knows, but yea.

A ki blast is essentially like an ignited Molotov cocktail or soemthing.

Ok that means Freeza kicking away Vegeta's blast is also larger. Bet you won't like that one.
I saw your comment in the another thread that the blast Raditz took isn't as powerful as the one that destroyed the moon, but you are assuming the moon feat is amped.

You misunderstood what I was saying.

Piccolo's blast, which is not amped, against Raditz appears to be the same as his moon buster.

Kamehameha should be beyond the moon buster feat by at least double.

But what's the relevance here.

Do you think Raditz can punch away the Kamehameha?

You can make the argument that the blast against Raditz is more powerful. As Piccolo uses his other hand to support his main arm blast attack. Which he doesn't do to destroy the moon and the official DB site just calls it "Explosive Wave". And there is no reason for Piccolo to hold back against Raditz. So Raditz no sold a moon obliterating attack.

Anyway I don't think he can, since he needed his other hand to support his main arm to block it, but you can argue he wasn't at full power.

Yeah, but the scouter was unable to pick up the ki amplification. The blast is probably 322, just like Piccolo's power is. Raditz is shocked by ki amp and his scouter seems to pick up every discrepancy power so I can't say the evidence suggests Piccolo used ki amp here.

He definitely seems to be at full power because Goku is shocked at his ability to do so. He was legit scared of it previously, so I think that signifies a power up.

But is blocking a superior feat to punching something back? What happens if Raditz tries to punch back the blast?

So the best interpretation it's the same, but there is an inconsistenty. When Raditz scans Piccolo's power level, he calls it nothing compared to him. Yet, just a moment later he picks up Goku's power and calls it huge and than later on calls there power level exactly the same even knowing the tiny difference of 12 points and Flayk's blast which is almost identical to Piccolo's blast and destruction damaged/scarred an Oozura which is a 10x multiplier.

but they are likely low Class Saiyans but the random Oozura Saiyan should still have a power level of around 3000.

When they remove their weights their power level increases to over 400 and he laughses it of. It's a inconsistent mess.

To your point. Raditz was also terrified of a power level of 710. That's before knowing it was Gohan. So it couldn't because it's a young child with a Impossible power level to him.

But later on he took a headbutt from Gohan who had a power level of 1307 which caused his power level to drop and Goku's KKH is like 1000? And there is an argument characters such as Raditz and Nappa can't really hold back.

But punching a Ki attack away is definitely more impressive. As Piccolo, Zarbon and many threat it such.

Would you be more impressed by someone who blocks a boulder moving at high speed with his hand or someone punching the boulder away with punch?

I see ZERO inconsistency here. Your reading comprehension is what's missing. Plus you are probably reading fanslations. All of this is wrong lol

This is irrelevant to the discussion. Please stay on topic.

Now you are finally on topic! Great!

And here, I value your opinion. Damn, this changes the game for all of us, big time...

That's a great analogy. Someone who catches it is impressive, someone who freaking boots it would be Superman.

It's a bit more complicated than just "straight force", if we're being very literal about it. You gotta not only stop it's momentum but also send it in the opposite direction.

Think about a basketball. If someone throws a basketball at you, it's much easier to catch it with your hand then it is to punch it back.

A block stops the momentum. A punch back redirects it in the opposite way. You have to completely reverse it's own natural momentum.

Kamehameha does not have the power to do that to the Nova Strike. It can stop Nova Strike momentum like a block potentially could, but it can't redirect it.

And we've seen what a rivaling blast does to Goku when he fought Freeza in the Warm Up.

Is Nappa's punch back a huge feat now? And Freeza's feat as well just got much larger I think on the FBC.

You need a big gap in power to punch away a ki attack, Raditz would never have replicated Nappa's feat of punching the Masenko.

That's why Nappa vs. the Z fighters was probably at 4,000 as the guides say and there is no other way when even Initial Nappa should already be at 3,000 based on hype.

Freeza's feat is even crazier, we should start considering the possibility that a power of one billion has already been achieved on Namek. Nerfing is for the weak...

My gaps from biggest to smallest are: Freeza vs Vegeta's blast > Nappa vs Gohan's blast > Raditz vs Goku's blast
How big is the gap when Goku punches back Fat Buu's Kamehameha?

yeah, the way we are heading, Freeza's power is just absurd the more you think about it.
