Can the Ginyu mid tier fighters ba placed at 36,000?

Most ppl seem to place them at 40,000. But considering that Vegeta seemed more dominant against Cui with such a gap, and that Recoome, although obviously stronger, didn't display such impressive fashion as Vegeta basically oneshotting Cui, canwe assume they are still somewhat weaker than 40,000?

They can, given the necessary threshold for certain feats is never consistent and 30k Vegeta was still able to deal superficial damage to Reacoom. Whatever floats your boat, really. I'd personally say they should be below 42k regardless, given Nail being made to head back and stall Freeza from a narrative perspective may suggest he could've beaten the three Ginyus if he'd been there, or at least Reacoom.

I personally doubt that. The Ginyus would have been far more surprised at Vegeta reaching their realm of power (30k) if they were closer to something like 36k.

Not only that, but it seemed implied that Reacoom was not trying at all during the fight. Don’t quote me on this, but I recall him getting more serious and increasing his speed, and then Vegeta was toast. Burnt toast.

The logical answer is that Vegeta's gap over Cui has no bearing on Reacoom's gap over Vegeta.

Does it change anything tho? Goku has a 1.5x advantage over them if you count them as 40,000. That is already more than enough imo. Not to mention I don't see it being implied that Nail is dramatically stronger than the Ginyus..

Wouldn't say 42k is dramatically stronger than 36k.

What's stopping Nail from handily taking out a single Ginyu member sans Gurd and Ginyu himself?

I just don’t see it being implied. Guru tells Nail “You might be able to help them... a little bit”. If Nail was able to one shot Gurd, and pretty close to doing so against Reacoom, Butta and Jheese, I don’t see how that’s helping a little bit with Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin there. They’d be able to manage something imo.

Then there is also Nail’s expression when he senses their powers.

Vegeta: “Don’t you feel their power?!! There’s only one way!!! Make me immortal so I can fight them!!!”
Nail: “He could be telling the truth… I do feel five large, evil powers…”

That doesn’t look like the face of a guy who could solo 4 of the 5 powers with a little help..

Vegeta is still there. He can be of help. Nail even with his advantage can't defeat all 4 of them and then there's obviously the Captain himself who I don't need to say anything about.

1.5x (if you think they are 40k) is from Captain-Ginyu, but then he also said Goku was even better than he thought. Goku probably speed-blitzed them even worse than he imagined.
