Can the Ginyu mid tier fighters ba placed at 36,000?

I just don’t see it being implied. Guru tells Nail “You might be able to help them... a little bit”. If Nail was able to one shot Gurd, and pretty close to doing so against Reacoom, Butta and Jheese, I don’t see how that’s helping a little bit with Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin there. They’d be able to manage something imo.

Then there is also Nail’s expression when he senses their powers.

Vegeta: “Don’t you feel their power?!! There’s only one way!!! Make me immortal so I can fight them!!!”
Nail: “He could be telling the truth… I do feel five large, evil powers…”

That doesn’t look like the face of a guy who could solo 4 of the 5 powers with a little help..

Well, it's still 36k against 42k... I don't see him managing much against the three midtier members if they decide to gang up on Nail. Considering that Dodoria and Zarbon can definitely take out Vegeta, I think two members from the midtier Ginyus would be able to take out Nail... explaining his expression of worriness. And like FH mentioned, there's also Ginyu himself. Whilst he was suppressed, Kuririn still noticed he belongs to a different level, implying the level he was outputing there was still way above Recoome's, for instance. So even if Nail held a considerable advantage over the midtier Ginyus, there wasn't still much he could accomplish.

I guess. I honestly don't have much more to say on the topic. There isn't enough information. 36k is fine but I just find it to be quite minimalistic.

I don't think it's minimalistic as much as wanting to have a huge gap between Goku and the Ginyu-Force to do what he did.

One-shot them? Sure but the way he did that was more impressive than just one-shotting them in my opinion.
