Canon Bardock vs Raditz

Toriyama once said that his Bardock is amongst the peak low class soldiers, and in another interview he said Raditz is high class. So who takes it?

Seeing as a couple of rando Saiyan snipers had a pl of 2,000, I don't think Toriyama really considers Raditz a "high class Saiyan" even taking the new material into account. Middle class Saiyan is probably like 4k since Nappa and Vegeta were shocked by Initial Goku's pl of 5000

Bardock (Pre Cereal) = 2,500

- Post Cereal = 3,750

@Animelover5487 but those weren’t random Saiyans. They were part of the royal guard and Freeza was impressed by their power. They might be middle class.
