Only with Thor's hammer. I think they fought before he lifted the hammer, but I think Cap got stomped.

Before that they only encounter was in the end of Infinity War when Thanos one shot him without using the stones.

Batman has an advantage (much smarter and more prepared), Captain America has the shield but without it I think Batman would do better in the fight

Frankly I don't see Nolan Batman taking this in a straight one on one fight without decent prep time and an environment he can use to his advantage. Bale Batman had minimal fighting skills and was far more reliant on theatricality, setting up various scenarios to his advantage before even arriving.
