Captain Kuro vs 21st Krillin

According to Oda in the Volume 7 SBS, Kuro could run 100 meters in less than 5 seconds, while Kame-sennin's time for running 100 meters was stated to be 5.6 seconds. Thus, in terms of running speed, Kuro has likely got Kuririn beat, and that might not even be counting the Shakushi, which if not, would make his top running speed even faster. Of course, Kuririn has demonstrated far greater physical strength and punching speed than Kuro, has can be seen by him pushing the giant rock and the little .2 second exchange with Kame-sennin. Therefore it likely comes down to whether or not Kuririn is capable of landing a punch on Kuro, which could likely put him out quite easily. If he doesn't, then Kuro will kill him with the Shakushi.

Luffy's first Gomu Gomu no Pistol in the Sabo flashback alone was a Small Building level feat, which is power already on par with 21st TB Kuririn's, so Kuro should already have him beat in the power category. Via scaling, he may be even far higher, considering Hatchan's feat of moving a huge boulder during the Arlong Pirates' attack on the Marines is considered a MCB level feat.

As for speed, Kuro could be anywhere from Supersonic to Hypersonic in combat speed depending on how you believe he scales to characters such as Pell, Mr. 4 and Yama, whereas Kuririn should most likely be either on the high end of Supersonic or low end of Hypersonic like Goku was against Namu. I'd say Kuririn is most likely faster, though Kuro's superior power allows him to take this with anywhere from low to high-diff.
