Levi's best feats are dodging a bullet and blocker a bullet. King Kong has shown better stuff I think.

Then again, we can scale Levi destroying the beast titan to Levi's strength. Though idk how durable the beast titan is. Maybe just building level?

I'm not sure who the first character is, but what version of Kong is this? lol

Most versions of Kong smash him to bits. The fastest ones can duck from tank shells and dodge rocket launchers, Kongs tend to be faster than AoT characters anyway, plus few Kongs are weaker than the Beast Titan, who is pretty much a glass cannon.
