Cell (all out speed) vs SSJ Gohan

Yea, Gohan just lets his power loose. So does that mean he wasn't really injured? Or that heavy injuries can't stop you from using full power?

I think he was legitimately fucked up by Cell, but at the same time, I think the mental effect was equal to, if not greater than the physical injury. He went right back to being the Gohan who didn't want to fight.

Gohan being still a little stronger than Cell is a beautiful setting, but as Kyouks said, there's a page that shows Gohan really wanting to defeat Cell and the latter kicking Gohan away very easily. Really really hard.

I have Gohan being slightly stronger but Cell wins due to better skills, larger movepool, and overall smarter fighter.
