Piccolo will slaughter him. I've got Piccolo closing in on 50% FPSSJ Goku, and that level alone is above the Base Saiyans from the Boo arc.

Pocus is powerful, but he doesn't need to be a whole lot stronger than Android 17/18 tier.

I don't put Pocus any higher than Ginger Town Cell, so he has no shot whatsoever. Even Yakon would lose horribly to Piccolo.

I put Pocus inbetween Captain Ginyu and Kaioken x2 Goku (Namek) so needless to say even Pre-Nail Fusion Piccolo could casually one shot him. Cell Games Piccolo who I have as strong as 50% Goku looks at him and kills him.

But in all seriousness, I don't think he's anything special. Kaioshin doesn't even address him. He just doesn't want Vegeta to enter a fight without being ready. When Kaioshin first see's Pui-Pui outside of Bobbidi's ship, he straight-up ignores him.
