Very true, but there isn't a ton to go on. What's the full quote from Goku telling him he's a lot stronger but still has no chance against Cell? I'd look it up but I'm on my phone at work.

I guess there's always that chapter cover of him still standing after the Cell Jr's attack, but I never put much weight behind it.

What's your position on Piccolo's power?

I think he's a lot stronger than 16, but not on par with Vegeta and Trunks.

Where do you place him? I once upon a time had a good argument for having him around 50% Goku that I was going to use against @Kyo, but I never posted it and now I forget what it was.
