Broly is the strongest Saiyan at this point. He should be solidly above Majin Vegeta and Goku's Super Saiyan 2 level. He absolutely wrecked Gohan, Gohan had nothing for him.

Although Goku/Majin Vegeta are greatly superior to Gohan, I think they aren't that far ahead.

Also, Buu Arc Gohan = M10 Gohan.
