Back then is referencing the last time he fought Broly. Gohan appears to be the weakest of the group and he's even weaker than USSJ Vegeta. So Gohan in M10 is drastically superior to Gohan in M8. Cell Game Gohan is completely irrelevant here.

LSSJ Broly in M8 is probably only around MSSJ Goku/Gohan from the Cell Games imo.
LSSJ Broly in M10 is probably somewhere around Good Buu level.

I give this to Broly. Imo M8 LSSJ Broly = CG MSSJ Gohan, M10 LSSJ Broly around SSJ2 Cell level.

Super Saiyan Broly > Super Saiyan Goku is stated. Broly is also stated as the strongest Saiyan in AT's notes about the movie. Unless LSSJ is a smaller boost than Super Saiyan 2, there's no way that SSJ2 Goku > M10 LSSJ Broly would work.

Also, think about how badly Gohan was beaten in this movie. Didn't Broly show feats superior to what Gohan did to Cell? That right there should signify the level Broly is on and it's massively superior to SSJ2 Kid Gohan's level.

I don't think Broly was THAT far ahead of Gohan, Broly struggled with him a bit and Fusion Reborn has Goku saying he's only actually had to use SSJ3 twice at that point with Janemba being the 2nd person to cause him to use it and at the end of the previous movie he doesn't see Broly as any kind of threat at all, so I don't see a problem with SSJ2 Goku > LSSJ Broly.
