Cell hatches earlier?

What I mean is what if Cell had showed earlier in GingerTown? Would their be any major changes to the timeline? Scenario 1. Cell hatches and shows up 1 year before 19 and 20 attacks. Scenario 2. Cell shows up 1 hour befoe 19 and 20 attack.

1 year earlier...
He kills Z fighters, goes to Gero's lab, absorbs the Androids and fucks up everyone. The end.

1 hour earlier...
Z Fighters feel his ki and go to Ginger to investigate. Cell is stronger than them individually, but he's outnumbered,
so he escapes with Solar Flare. The heroes are still in the dark about Cell's identity. Kami gets worried and decides
to fuse with Piccolo already.
Being the top dog, Kamiccolo is the one to fight 19/20, so they're probably beaten before Gero can activate 17/18.
Then Z Fighters go to Gero's lab just in case and destroy 17/18 before Cell can absorb them.
Goku/Vegeta never see beyond SSJ and, even if they do, they're still too weak to beat Dabura 7 years later.

Well either way he'll wait for the Androids to be wake up and let them to finish Z fighters while Cell will keep absorbing until he's strong enough to take down the Androids to absorb them IMO.

1 year: Cell shows up at Gero's lab and informs him of the events. Willingly or not, Gero activates #17 and #18 one at a time to allow Cell to easily absorb them. Cell then kills the Z-Warriors and most of Earth's life, perhaps leaving just enough for Gero to survive as thanks for creating him. Eventually, his Freeza genes and regen Zenkais allow him to reach the point where he becomes unchallenged in Universe 7.

1 hour before #19/20: Cell goes to the island around South City when sensing some large Kis and hides until Gero retreats to his lab. The 1st scenario occurs from there.
