Cell regenerating from Goku's KMHMH

I think Cell could regenerate even if one cell remained.

Unless he's able to shift the cluster in his head at light speed, I'd say it is.

Since we've seen Goku shifting his vital spots in Super, I'm gonna go ahead and say Cell sent it down to his ass the moment Goku unleashed the KMHMH.

But ignoring Super, it certainly seems like a plot-hole to me. I'm not sure how else you can take the scene.

Even with Super it's still a plothole. Goku could only do that with Ultra Instinct.
