Beats >50% Daimao but gets wrecked by 100% Old Daimao IMO.

Daimao destroys imo. At most Chaozu might be able to manage against less than half Daimao (although maybe not even then).

Assuming his gains weren't too far behind his peers, Chaozu ought to win.

However, considering Chaozu's been one of the most irrelevant characters in the series ever since he lost to Kuririn and had no feats or statements to present him anymore than just >> Roshi, Daimao destroys him.

Piccolo kills him just as easily as the first time.

So, at BOZ, in 6 months, he went from 22nd level to stronger than Kami?
His gains should be more reasonably distributed over the years.

Yajirobe did the same. Deal with it.

Was never confirmed that he did and even so, nothing implied he made massive gains.

Chouzu is irrelevant lol! He's just there that's all. He might beat Goku and Tien from 22nd Budokai but that's it!

The only thing we know about Chaozu is that he was fodder to Cyborg Tao. In a best case scenario I think he can beat Daimao, but it's also possible that he hasn't improved much and Daimao could one-shot him.

Tao fodderised him for sure, but I think he at-least fodderised someone that was actually high.

I don't think it was that noteworthy. Even after Tao had fodderized Chaozu, Kuririn still thought he was strong based off of reputation alone, and didn't mention him defeating Chaozu as a reason.

Chapter: 169, P6.1
Kuririn: “Hey, Goku…This Tao Pai Pai guy was an incredibly amazing assassin, right? And he’s gotten even more incredible now, so why are you saying that it doesn’t matter?...”
Goku: “It’s simple. ‘Cause Tenshinhan is even more amazing.”

I doubt that even Yamcha and Krillin surpassed King Piccolo old/young, let alone Chouzu. :alex2
There's no doubt Yamcha and Kuririn surpassed Old Daimao. Yamcha was capable of causing slight damage to Shen who stated he could surpass him after not too long, whereas Kuririn did well against Piccolo and even earned his praise. They're at least close to Young Piccolo Daimao's level, though whether or not they're stronger is debatable.

I might agree, but I'd still like to think he defeated at-least a some-what high characters. Since he himself is even higher than Supressed Young Piccolo-Daimao in my opinion.
