in the original run. Honestly, after giving it some thought, I've come to realize that I really don't like Bulma. I hate her more than Chi Chi to be honest. She reminds me of one of those females in ''When men hit back'' youtube videos when women think they could do whatever they want to a man without any repercussion, and the men responds appropriately by laying the beatdown (in which case the female starts playing the victim after getting their karma). Maybe it's because I have had bad history with people like that in real life so I have a more bias opinion, but generally speaking I think everyone would agree she's a bitch that nobody would want personal affiliation with besides having a good time in the bedroom once.

Bulma would be one for reasons Future Warrior mentioned. That's not to say I find her badly written as a lot of her actions make sense when considering her upbringing, but she's definitely not the kind of person you could tolerate being around irl.
Goten and Present Trunks would also be up there not for their childish antics or anything like that, but for how the latter's power very much contradicts a lot of rules of the series. He's stronger than his future self was for arguably his entire tenure in the Cell Arc despite lacking the experiences and struggles for him to earn such power and there being nothing different about present Vegeta's power to make sense of it.
Evil Boo is also worth mentioning with him being the most bland villain in the series. Fat Boo works well as someone manipulated by others and having some internal struggle and Pure Boo works fine as a force of nature type villain. Evil Boo, however, is basically just Cell but without the interesting backstory.

Babidi in English dub at least can fuck off. Most satisfying death in anime, maybe even counting all of One Piece's near-death beatdowns.

Bulma is fucking hot but if she looked like Arale she would be annoying. I wonder how DB and Z would be with her as the focus, getting into all these adventures with crazy strong fighters and magical powers all while being a successful engineer/maybe scientist.

Idk, I don't think there's a character that I personally dislike. I don't care for some though. Babidi was annoying with the way he spoke and laughed and he was too evil and arrogant for someone who couldn't back himself up against the Z warriors, so he'd be one of the most annoying ones.

If including Super, then Ribrianne would be a fine candidate. Oh, and Goku of course. His idiocy there can't be ignored, to the point it made a character that is enjoyable and good like him a repetitive annoying and boring individual. Vegeta when he regresses down and feeds his old obsession with Goku annoys as well, less so due to the action beIng annoying and moreso due to the implications it has on his past actions.
