lol this was fucking serious. Thought you could probably figure it out from the CP9 part of the series with the rokishishi or whatever it was called.

He was getting fucked and then he became powerful enough to victory. Must be a big gap.

I'm not sure it's any set multiplier at this point. It was massive compared to his normal forms vs CP9, but I don't get the impression it's that large of a gap post time skip now that he has control of it and his forms. Though that could have just been the weak ass fishmen they were fighting.

I'd say even without Monster form he's stronger than everyone outside of the MT. Franky is as strong in a group though. 1 on 1 Chopper would beat more than Franky, since he can figure things out in battle better.
