i don't knw i think. that seems weird to me, maybe freeza is high enough that his psychic abilities could block that or something.

It's probably useless against Freeza when he's probably aware of it (since Jheese clearly was) and it seems to require you to face the target of the body change, making it fairly useless to someone who knows how the ability works

I doubt it's a power thing when it works on beings with powers as radically different as the frog and Goku/Vegeta, plus in Super it worked against Tagoma.

I think the change can be made, but Freeza could easily intercept that. I don't think Ginyu would even try to perform that tho, he seems to respect Freeza a lot and seems content with his 2nd title of the Universe (cough cough) spot.

Don't see why it wouldn't work (as in, the change itself). Of course, Ginyu would have to be incredibly sneaky in attempting to pull it off.

It wouldn't work if done transparently, most likely, though Ginyu could organise a strategy to do so if he wished (eg. use Gurd's time stop to move him into the position where Freeza is off-guard). Regardless, he wouldn't do it anyway as Ginyu seems to have a lot of respect for Freeza and his rule, plus I doubt someone more focused on having a fun time posing and dancing would have much idea what to do when given control of most of the universe.

It would interesting to see how Porunga lives his life in a normal body. Bet he has no life skills.
