Could Imperfect Cell have broken Piccolo's neck so easily had he been at full stamina?

Of course he could, he completely tanked a mega amplified Light Grenade that probably makes the Saiyan Saga Kamehameha look like child’s play.

Imperfect Cell is THE most underrated gap in the entire series. And it’s actually the most impressive canon tank of all time.

The stakes had never been higher, the amp is higher than ever, and still Cell walks away unfazed.

This tank should be highlighted as the ultimate tank but people are nerfers and super biased towards this idea of really small numbers. A bias that’s never had any evidence that is but personal preference and bias.

I can understand why people think that is a durability feat rather than a power feat.

Why would it not be a power feat? It’s not like Cell has super tough skin. Vegeta and Goku blew off half of his body.

Well Saiyan + Freeza's race ADN make him already too tough for a body, those being massively amplified ki blasts. I believe that Imperfect Cell was stronger than the Light Grenade but not by a great stretch. On top of it, I don't believe it was a durability feat but can understand those who believe that.

It’s always been a power feat. But people are super biased and lack common sense on the issue.
