The Good Supreme Demon King was the one who ordered Reymus to create the Multiverse and the latter could be more powerful than Zen'o?

I'm thinking about the possibility that the Good Supreme Demon King > Reymus > Zen'o.

I'm also thinking about the possibility that the Good Supreme Demon King is not that strong, but with the power of the Third Evil Eye, he surpasses everything. In that case, it would be completely true that the one who possesses the Third Evil Eye is completely invincible.
