Could Piccolo Jr create demon spawn?

Considering he gained all of Piccolo Daimao's abilities, could Piccolo have made demonic children?

Did his children have the same abilities? I don’t know if Tambourine or Cymbal could create them. Piccolo Jr. is also his double/re-incarnation though so I’m not sure. Maybe he could but never saw the need to, well the ability could have been useful for against Raditz or Vegeta.

Cell was said to have inherited Piccolo’s DNA & he could create Cell Jr.s but did he get Piccolo-Daimao’s or Piccolo Jr.’s DNA?

I don't think his children could do anything like that considering they weren't true Namekians like Piccolo Daimao/Jr. They were too heavily corrupted by evil to retain those sort of abilities.

Cell inherited Piccolo Jr's DNA. Perhaps the Cell Jrs were linked to having Piccolo's DNA, which would imply that he could have.

According to Daizenshuu 4, any dragon type can lay eggs. Kami probably never saw a reason to.
