n the ToP, everything seems to indicate that Vegeta is twice as powerful as Goku in equal forms. Goku is a little stronger than Caulifla in equal forms. Caulifla is a little stronger than Cabba in equal forms.
In a moment of the battle between Vegeta SSJ vs Magetta and Frost, they faced for a few seconds Vegeta SSJ and Frost, where Vegeta SSJ did not seem to be completely superior to Frost.
Frieza proved to be far superior to Frost.
100% Freezer is much stronger than his Form in which he eliminated Frost.
The multiplier of SSJs in the ToP seems to be very small, therefore I do not think that the multiplier of SSJ2 is more than twice as powerful as the SSJ.
So that Freezer has become Golden Freezer against Cabba SSJ2, means that:
1.- Golden Freezer (ToP) >>>>>>> Cabba SSJ2 (ToP)> Freezer 100% (ToP)?
2.- Freezer 100% (ToP)> Cabba SSJ2 (ToP)> Freezer not 100% (ToP)?
In this case, Frieza preferred not to use his 100% to avoid losing energy, but I doubt very much that this is the case, since apparently Freezer dominates a much heavier state, or Golden State.
3.- Vegeta SSJ (ToP)> = Magetta (ToP) >> Cabba SSJ2 (ToP)> Freezer 100% (ToP) >> Freezer not 100% (ToP) >> Frost Fourth Form (ToP)?
In this case, we must ignore that Frost rivals Vegeta SSJ and see it as if Frost was combining very well with Magetta. Something similar to what happened between Vegeta SSJ vs. Los Lobos of Universe 9. This would mean that Vegeta SSJ (ToP) ~ Magetta (ToP) + Frost Fourth Form (ToP).
Which of the 3 options do you find the right one? Or have another argument?
