I sometimnes find it hard to believe it because Tenshinhan acted like as everything was lost once the androids made short work out of everyone, stating that not even Goku would have a chance this time -- clearly excluding himself as one of the guys who was hiding something powerful enough to take them down on his arsenal. Moreover, when Tenshinhan saw how Piccolo got his neck broken by Imperfect Cell, he also stated there's nothing he could do, which also seems rather strange if he were hiding a technique powerful enough to take Imperfect Cell down, even more so when the odds of it landing on him wouldn't be pretty low. Ten's demeanor in general just doesn't fit him having a technique all that powerful, although the feat of it at least holding Semi Cell down for a while speaks otherwhise... hence why sometimes I think such technique was more of an asspull on Toriyama's part, like a technique he thought about in the last moment so #18 wouldn't be absorbed just yet.

That doesn't make sense... nothing suggested Tenshinhan still had a grudge over Piccolo after all this time, so much so he went there to aid Piccolo as much as possible. Heck, he had even forgotten about Piccolo being the evil part of Kami when the androids layed the smackdown on them, and just remembered it when Kuririn mentioned it.
