How strong is this? If not dodged, could it take out any of Sanji or Zoro's Yonkou opponents?

Coup De Burst in Luffy's eye. Will being rubber protect him? What if Zoro stabs him in the eye, and then Franky follows it up with coup de burst?

Good question. I always felt like it was something that Franky implemented from Pluton. Maybe it would be a threat to the Yonko...

Is it not just air pressure? That shouldn't hurt Luffy.

It makes no sense (like cutting power should be force/surface area) but yeh probably not. If he had an aim of killing Luffy, maybe he makes a version that forces air through an even smaller opening. That might cut Luffy. If it's as thin as the point of Don Krieg's bullets.
