Cracker vs Katakuri

What difficulty can Cracker give Katakuri? Assume that Cracker doesn't have a weakness to pain in order to make it more fair.

In terms of power, they're pretty close, given that Cracker's power should be more or less Doflamingo's level whereas Katakuri is at best slightly above Gear 4th Luffy. Considering Katakuri's DF and Kenbunshoku can counter Cracker's biscuit soldiers and Cracker has shit durability though, Katakuri may actually oneshot under the right conditions.

Mid-high difficulty I think.

Katakuri probably mid diffs if not lower. Cracker has no way of touching Katakuri due to his insane Observation haki. Also Katakuri won’t have a problem getting through Cracker’s Arnament Haki coated buscuit, as Gear 4 Luffy could eat destroy them and Katakuri’s mochi attacks are on a similar level.
