Any reason this thing can't be amped pretty high? This might be able to be 60k imo

A powered up Goku is taken off guard and doesn't want to take it head on. 65k Goku deflects it easily and 75k Goku is forced to respect it.

I see no reason it can't be 60k.

I see no reason for Goku to be over 60k against Jeice/Burter, since Ginyu said that power level was enough to one-shot them. I have Crusher Ball at 55k.

When was Goku taken off guard? He was literally just standing there because he knew there was no threat. He barely even put effort in to deflect it. 50k max.

The point of the scene was to show that the Crusher Ball is weak compared to Goku, that's why Burter's screaming "Why aren't you dodging it???"

Yeah, Goku is super nonchalant. It's weak enough that Goku can deflect it and aim it at Burter, but also strong enough even a stronger Goku has to dodge it when he's fighting Goku.
