Kale will not continuously power-up past when she one-shotted Anilaza, and will not run out of steam/kill herself. Goku cannot use the pseudo Kaio-Ken.

Pride Troopers working together almost ringed her out. Goku wins without much trouble given hos Kale's IQ apparently gets reduced to levels as a LSSJ.

Goku wins as long as her power isn't increasing.

Goku wins. He likely has the power superiority based on Freeza's confidence not being shaken and Goku not seeming to have a fully serious reaction when fighting her, plus Kale's stamina is far worse than that of PSSB.

As for the Kefla match, Kefla likely wins. She should be stronger than the version of Jiren who beat Hit based on Vados' statement and therefore far stronger than someone who could handle both PSSB Goku and Hit in individual switches without difficulty. If Goku and Vegeta are in character and not using teamwork, the same happens to them. With teamwork, they'd probably win though.

Goku beats Kale and Kefla, in my opinion.

Goku probably wins, even against Kefla. He's still treated as universe 7's strongest fighter, and Gohan fought Kefla so that he could fight the strongest fighter on the ring. Just like in anime.

He's stronger than a fusion that has Kale so she gets destroyed if he's serious imo.

Kefla was said to be unmatched in the ToP, so probably not even PSSIB Goku + Vegeta can deal with her.
