Is it true that with this new arc, beginning with the battle against Moro, Toriyama's participation on the series will be even more limited, such being reserved more to Toyotaro now?

And how do you think they will proceed with the anime? Is it following the manga now, as in the original run of the series, or is it going to feature its own version of the story?

1. No idea.

2. I dont see why the anime would stay away from the manga. At worst it may skip this garbage Moro arc but theres no way they'd develop different plots for both.

By differing from the manga, I meant something akin to what happened in the earlier arcs, such as Zamasu's, ToP's and so on. They had the overall same plot, but differing executions in some parts.

Oh, well then I’d say it probably will. It shouldn’t take the anime long to catch up to the manga given it is on a monthly schedule, so by that time it’s almost inevitable that each continuity will differ slightly. When you consider that the anime generally adds a lot of filler compared to the manga, as well as Toyotaro liking to put his own twists onto things, I think they’ll always be somewhat different.

I remember that Toyo was said to handle the story of Moro's arc but I can't find the source of it. I'll try to do it later.

I doubt that Moro's arc will get adapt in the anime immediately especially with how the mega success of Broly movie has, there's a good chance that it will get adapt first given that what happened of its previous films. So I think we will get Broly arc retelling in the anime and later Moro arc which will give Toyo more time to get ahead from the anime like he always wanted.

The manga being kept ahead of the anime would surely incrase iits sellings as well.

Would it? If it would then, that would be a smart move from their part. If only Toyo could release a weekly manga then that would be truly great.

Ywah, if it's intended to be maintained ahead of the anime, they may change its relase to weekly.

I've read before that Toyo can't handle that kind of schedule and even then he said that monthly release can exhaust him as well. Might look into it more.
