I haven't made my mind up on this power scaling but Piccolo ain't gonna pass Boo IMO.

Mr. Boo exhibition. He's the strongest fighter after Goku and Vegeta on FnF and I doubt Piccolo surpassed him.

Piccolo's feats from the most recent episodes didn't show him as having increased his power that much. If anything, it showed he'd made no improvement due to him being about equal to Base Goku, whereas he ought to be far above him during the U6 Arc. Anime-wise, there is the implication of Goku becoming about 10x stronger in comparison to his U6 self, but I tend to ignore such in favour of manga scaling when it comes to keeping such consistent. Hell, even with anime scaling, that still doesn't make it necessary for Piccolo to make much gains.

That said, he loses to Frost.

I think he wins the first 8 bouts. I have no problem with having Piccolo (Current) = Goku Base (Current) >>> Piccolo (Tournament Universes 6 and 7) >>>>>>> Goku Base (Universe Tournament 6 and 7). Considering that from the first trip of the Saiyajins to the Future, they increased their Base and SSJ powers considerably, so much so that their SSJB were not multiple folds over their SSJ.

  With that you can have:


Vegeta SSJ2 (Vs Goku Black) > Goku Black SSJ (Vs Vegeta) >>>> Goku Black SSJ (Vs Future Trunks) >>> Goku Black Base (Vs Vegeta) >= Goku Black Base (Vs Future Trunks) >> Goku SSJ3 (Vs Future Trunks) >= Future Trunks SSJ2 Improved.

Base Goku is much stronger than Piccolo since he blocked a heavily-amped technique that seemed to push Piccolo to his limit, also Base Goku was shown to be on par with a trained Boo who would stomp Frost. As for the U6 arc, I don't think Piccolo has to be stronger than Base Goku/Vegeta, I view Piccolo's performance against Frost in the same vein as Kuririn pushing Base/SSJ/SSJB Goku back where a combination of skill, technique and tournament ruling make a big difference even against a much, much stronger opponent.
