I've read some people over at Kanzenshuu saying he is still weaker than Namek Freeza... does it hold any true? Manga-Roshi, that is.

None of the humans manga-wise have shown any feats that place them above Namek arc Freeza. All of Roshi's feats have been due to skill and technique.

Meaningless. Jiren has blocked hits from PSSJB Goku before. It is made apparent that Jiren doesn't block hits because he needs to, but he wants to.

Well he's stronger than Kahseral who should be way stronger than any Book arc tiers IMO so no. This Jiren/Roshi thing is nothing but an instinct thing that Toriyama is telling so it doesn't have to be about power.
