Yeah....Tambourine being surprised to see Cymbal being defeated pretty much confirms Cymbal > Krillin.

What Animeloveer said; Tambourine's surprise indicates at least a considerable gap in my opinion. Cymbal would win without many difficulties.

Kuririn 40
Cymbal 45
Yajirobe 50
Tambourine 60
Goku 70

Looks about right to me.

Hard. Tambourine should be no less than two times Cymbal for Piccolo Daimao's statement, and Tambourine should be far under a Goku who's only a little stronger than he was at the tournament judging by how easily Goku stomped him. Yajirobe was obviously holding back until the end of his fight with Cymbal when he finally killed him as proven by Goku's surprised reaction by his last attack so I'll stick to the numbers I have for them.

Goku (vs Yajirobe) = 625

- Full Strength = 1,650

Yajirobe (vs Goku and Cymbal) = 600

- Full Strength = 1,300

Tambourine = 1,200

Cymbal = 600

Kuririn = 570
