I think Dabura can defeat 3 SSJ Goku (Boo). Goku SSJ2 (Boo) can defeat 3 Daburas.

Dabura one shots. Gohan was a SSJ2 against Dabura. The tournament shows that Gohan can use SSJ2 casually, he only needs rage to get to the power he was at during the Cell Games. And Goku's statement doesn't work unless Dabura is at the least at FP Perfect Cell level.

And then throw in Super showing a future Dabura being solidly in between Post Z-Sword SSJ and SSJ2 Trunks (who is stronger than Boo arc Goku) level then Dabura should pretty solidly be in the low end SSJ2 tier, like SPC.

Nah he’s got to be a SSJ2 when pulling the Z Sword. Kaioshin says he can pull it based on the power Kibito missed, and he’s got the SSJ2 hair there as well.
