What's your reasoning for having Dyspo in SSJ2 tier and SSJBE Vegeta (Post 2 months) > UI Omen Goku?

I think SSJ Goku Black ought to be lower than that post healing. Zamasu says a new color is a signal of surpassing Super Saiyan God, so naturally standard SSJ Black couldn't have surpassed Super Saiyan God by the tiem he fought Vegeta, let alone SSJB. His advantage probably came from stamina issues that not even senzus could keep at bay.

Piccolo said Gohan was the strongest warrior left on Earth, so he should be above #17. #17 himself was also said to be "about as strong" as Goku and Vegeta, he should be PSSJB level instead of old SSJB. And don't you think Moro Arc Piccolo should be higher than SSJ3 level?

Finally, what tiers would you place some late Z folks like Super Vegerot and Ultimate Gohan?

I think I remember him beating the shit out of SSJ2 Goku so I just put him there, but he could be higher. Can't be bothered to go back and read.

That's Gohan from the ToP. He got stronger during the Moro arc, probably a tier higher if I were to place him.

I put #17 in the same tier as Rose, not old Blue.

Because nothing points towards Piccolo being stronger unless you wanna analyze why he wasn't one shotted or some BS. It's the same reason that nobody is ever going to convince me that #18 is suddenly Blue tier because she was standing next to #17.

I don't really want to go through the trouble of doing those guys, honestly. Too much headache. I guess they would be higher than SSJ3 Goku if I had a gun to my head.

Because those are literally all the god forms we have. Not to mention that's Goku's body.

And Goku Black's body is much different from the original. His base form is stronger than SSJ3. SSJ Blue/Rose in general is a form defined by surpassing SSJ God, I don't think it's that complicated.

Vegeta became far weaker than SSJG in the U6 tournament by using the form once with Cabba.

That's from consecutive transformations. If you only use it once, it should still be stronger than SSJ God regardless of the drain. Vegeta ate a senzu after transforming to Blue again.

I don't know how you didn't see this as a direct confirmation of Goku's inferiority. And if you reread the fight Moro actually tried to absorb Goku but his UI allowed him to dodge it.
