Battle of Gods is definitely year 778. The anime messes up a bit, but the movie and manga are pretty straighforward. Videl is pregnant, and Pan will be 4 by the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai which always happens on May 7th according to Daizenshuu 4. Bulma's birthday is on August, so Videl must have been a few weeks, maybe months pregnant by this point.
Pan was already born by the time of Freeza's revival (Mid 779) and Freeza trains 4 months before attacking Earth (Late 779). There's no noticeable time jump for the tournament or the Goku Black Saga, so they're on early 780 at most.
The Tournament of Power is the first timeskip we get with Super. Beerus tells Vegeta it's been a couple years since their last fight, and the Super Dragon Balls are active after being used in the last tournament. Bra is also about to be born despite Bulma not being visibly pregnant in the GB Saga.
The Broly movie has some fucked up dates, so I'll just say this is shortly after the ToP. Moro Saga is also right after, but there's a 2 months timeskip in the middle. Finally, the Granolah Saga starts a few months after Granolah captures Seven-Three's head and it takes some weeks for the Heeters to hook up Goku and Vegeta with Granolah.
All in all:
778: Pan is conceived, Battle of Gods in August 18th. Dragon Balls are deactivated until December.
779: Pan is born somewhen before May 7th. FnF takes place.
779-780: Tournament and GB Sagas all happen around this time.
780-781: Bra is born. The ToP happens.
781-782: Broly and Moro Sagas
782-783: Granolah Saga
784: DBS: Super Hero. Probably shortly before the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai.
I'd go with the more conservative approach and say we're on year 782 since the kids have barely grown up. And talking about the kids, what the fuck is up with Kuririn and 18's daughter? Is she a retarded midget or something?
